• Overnight: Next business day, by 11am.
• Economy: Budget-friendly 2–4-day delivery

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

School & Bulk Orders

  • Schools and institutions are welcome to place bulk orders.
  • Quotes and invoices can be provided on request.
  • Delivery timelines for bulk orders may vary depending on quantity and stock availability.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing admin@teachergems.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and assist in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
